Starting Friday, January 21, 2022 all members, spouses, and dependents will be available to get a COVID-19 rapid test.
The following guidelines apply:
- You must be symptomatic
- You must make an appointment with our Health Center prior to arriving
- You do NOT have to be an established patient at the Health Center
